E-Discovery Special Masters. Correy Stephenson writes about a persona in the e-discovery landscape called the “special master.”

The e-discovery special master has evolved as a role in the courts that can be assigned special tasks in a court case – whether advising on technology-related issues or overseeing all discovery.

As anyone who attended LegalTech earlier this month will know, countless vendors are claiming to provide e-discovery solutions these days. Customers are still spending much money on e-discovery requests, which represents opportunity.

The e-discovery market is still young. We expect solution evolution and vendor consolidation to continue over the next three to five years. ... David Sengupta

Scott also presents Ensim's automated provisioning system and explains how it simplifies mobile device support. The event concludes with a Q&A session.
