Who We Are

Ferris Research has by far the largest team of analysts focused on messaging and content control. Our analysts all have a lot of experience, either as senior IT or vendor staff, ranging from messaging managers to CTOs. Our skills cover a wide range of technologies, and we have a deep understanding of many of these. In addition to our core team, we draw upon the skills of a number of people in the industry. We call them “friends.” Some contribute observations on key trends; others provide specialized custom consulting when needed for a client inquiry. They’re selected because they’re known to us personally, they have a high level of knowledge in a given area, and they’re able to be objective about the area.
