Webinar held on March 18, 2008. One hour.
As the success of the BlackBerry platform illustrates, email is the single most important application on most mobile devices used in business. However, providing technical support for mobile messaging is very demanding. For example, a lot of time is spent provisioning new devices, dealing with lost devices, and providing poorly integrated capabilities, such as archiving.
In this webinar, Ferris analyst Richi Jennings and Scott Young of Ensim, a leading provider of management software for unified communications and collaboration infrastructure, discuss the current state of mobile messaging support and how it is likely to evolve. Scott also presents Ensim’s automated provisioning system and explains how it simplifies mobile device support.
The webinar concludes with a Q&A period.
